B&B: Taxes and services, water, electricity, gas, rich breakfast with typical, local products, daily cleaning of room and bathroom, towel change (half week), complete bed linen and towel change for stays that are longer than 1 week is on Saturday, bike use (1 per apt.), pool use, use of the garden and the vegetable garden. |

Please note that if you book with the breakfast or better to say the breakfast basket that the basket is completely filled with fresh, local products (milk, coffee powder, bread etc.) but itis not prepared. The guests have to prepare breakfast by themselves and can have it in their kitchen or on the terrace.. |
